Yeah, right now there. Same old problems:
1) Going to be difficult hurting King, while King is probably not far off in terms of physical strength, if at all.
2) He won't just speedblitz Katakuri, means that he often would get countered by them power mochis, whereas the bigger ones should imo hit harder than gomu no mole. I mean it's not like Kuri wasn't awakened..
I'm pretty sure that's where he will most likely keep staying. Those two guys are extremely difficult to surpass and above them are coming the adv conquerors.
But he obv. can be on their general level, even if he might lose against them and vice versa.

I like this chapter because it shows that Lucci isn't really going to be able to stand toe to toe with Luffy anymore but he CAN survive long enough to plot, like when he took out sentomaru to even the odds up, and he can move fast enough to hurt allies. This will probably be less of a 1v1 and more of a chase/distraction fight

Luffy was straight in front of Sentomaru. Lucci straight blitzed between the two, stabbed through Sento's chest and Luffy barely could react to that.
If he attacked Luffy he would've tagged him. Meanwhile Marco....

what is this without haki thing lol. Haki is invisible unless you're using armament hardening. If you have haki and you're attacking you're attacking with haki
He's probably faster than kaido even though Kaido was very fast and speed blitzed people constantly. Kaido was the worlds strongest creature not the world's fastest
