Chapter title: Harbingers of Catastrophe.
Lucci takes command of the Seraphim.
He orders the Seras to destroy Egghead Island.
Kaku applaudes him for this.
Stussy reminds him that the Seras can‘t kill Vegapunk as he has higher authority.
Lucci says it doesn‘t matter since they are here as well.
Luffy says he won‘t let them kill Vegapunk and his new friends and prepares to attack Lucci.
Lucci dodges and uses an advanced form of Rokugan which damages Luffy.
Lucci: I told you it was not just you who got stronger, straw hat. Now stand down. This matter is not for you to interfere.
Luffy gets angry, but one of the Seras starts attacking the straw hats.
Jinbei tells Luffy to stop and prioritize the safety of his friends over fighting Lucci right now.
Luffy begrudgingly agrees and grabs Sentomaru and runs with him to the others.
Scene switches to the shore. We see Kizaru approaching the place Zoro and Brook are at.

1070: Strongest in the World
- Sentomaru seems down
- CP0 takes over control of the Seraphim
- All 4 attack Luffy, but he dodges all attacks
- Suddenly the Seraphim stop attacking and the ground begins to shake
- Huge haki lightning covers the battlefield, Lucci is in shock when he sees who is creating them
- It's Sentomaru who got back up, he's covered completely in hardening and haki lightning , seems like advanced CoC
- Lucci attacks Sentomaru again, but he breaks his hand
- Sentomaru says the only way to damage him is by cheap stealth attacks, when he sees an attack coming nothing will break his defense
- He get's a title card: Sentomaru: Strongest defence in the World
- Lucci mocks him saying just having a good defence will never beat anyone
- Sentomaru starts to spin his axe and suddenly Lucci is pulled towards him, he crashes into him full force and is knocked out
- Chapter ends with the reveal that Kizaru was watching everything from afar.

Some thoughts:
By the time the Strawhats defeated Blackbeard Pirates, Luffy will surpassed PK level, Zoro will reach G5 Luffy level, Sanji will be Adv CoC Luffy level and the rest of the Strawhats will be at least Commanders level which is pretty exciting.
If Drake do get an Awakening, I think that will comfortably put him in the top tier level as he is supposed to be the future Admiral.
