well back in the days after Kaido one shotted Luffy the first time literally EVERYONE said " nah there is no way Yonkos have advanced Haki they're just strong on their own and it would be too much " no, they're Yonkos because they're good at this shit....

However it seems like there are 2 ways of awakened Zoans ones like impel down where they lose their mind ( we didn't saw that in Wano ) and ones that have " flames " around them ( i mean Lucci has just the most basic Zoan and he has the same flames as Luffy ) and we didn't saw that in Wano either except for Luffy so for Kaido it seems like he indeed doesn't have it but who knows :V

EVERY awakening is confirmed on panel but for some reason, fans think oda didnt confirm for kaido but he was in fact awakend

It's not that weird. It's a matter of Oda's preferences. This is like saying King didn't have a bounty on his head because Oda had so many opportunities to reveal it, but he chose not to for reasons unknown until we got to learn that he saved it for VCs. Kaido is the same more or less.

Kinda this, Oda had so much time to show us reader that Kaido had a awakened form, he could easily describt the bulky form as awakened power of Kaido but he didn't.
Kaido is simple not awakened....
It is time to accept this and move on, it is Oda fault...

I think if Oda gave awakening to let say Kaido, BM and King it would have prolonged the arc so he decided not to give them. However, to be fair these characters were instead given strength and abilities to replace awakening so that adding awakening would have been an overkill making said characters too powerful for the plot.

Pretty much tbh, they are not required to have every power/ability there is. BM and Kaido already have a list of OP abilities that have them on the top.
