You may use any image host site. Many use imgur.
Or when it's an image that's already on the internet just use this link😂

click the button that says "insert image" after putting your cursor on it ( it's to the left of the emoji icon and the right of the chain/link icon ) and right click the image you want to post, and then click " copy ___ address " and paste it there.
