From what i understand it currently looks like this:

Last week we got 1069 - this week we have a break - next week we will get 1070 but because it's a holiday we can get it earlier - but i'm assuming it will still be next week except for example: on Tuesday.

The end of year schedule is always a circus - if i remember correctly, the last chapter 2 years ago was chapter 1000, which leaked long before its scheduled release.

If its an Oda break then no chance of early spoilers but if its a WSJ break, it depends upon the mood of the leakers since Oda would have sent his issue to WSJ for the next week. Isnt this the case usually?
