I wouldn't recognize him and I definitely don't know his face well enough that I would feel comfortable approaching him if I did see someone who looked like him. More than likely if I'd did the conversation would go something like this,
Me: "Hey aren't you oda?"
Some random guy in Japan: "what just because I'm Asian you think I'm Oda? I'm not even Japanese, im Korean motherfucker!"

I googled him and there were a couple pictures that were obviously old like from his wedding or something. Then there was that one, I thought it looked a little like a different person then I was like maybe he just got his teeth fixed, lost some weight and, got old. It seems likely enough but I couldn't shake the fact that that looks like a different person. But as far as I know that's just the most recent picture of him lol he could have had plastic surgery or something for all I know 😂

Better to avoid taking tweets from the arab OP accounts regarding Oda visiting as confirmation. If official channels from Oda or Shueisha's side aren't talking about any event like this, then I wouldn't hold my breath on it happening anytime soon (years most likely)

It seems like the organisers thought that Oda was attending for some reason, but he isn't.
