It would be interesting if her Pokémon turns out to be a Clefairy, since they were apparently going to be the mascot before Pikachu was decided.

We already know her stater is one of the new Paldea starters, but she could catch one at some point.

Only problem with that is Clefairy is not in Scarlet and Violet.

Sword and Shield got an expansion DLC that introduced a fair amount of Pokémon, both old and new. I think the same could be done for Scarlet and Violet at some point.
