I doubt anyone in the future will be a problem for Gear 5. The fight might take a while because of the nature of Gear 5, but in truth it's no real fight, just Luffy having fun.
BB will nullify Gear 5 so that will make that fight still a challenge.

I think it was like that:
Lucci used his strongest new move in awakened form, Rokuogan, send Luffy fly but couldn´t damage him(perhaps Luffy defend himself with haki) and then Luffy attack back and knock out Lucci(seems Lucci is about to lose his awakened form since his smoke cloud disappeared)? In the end perhaps Luffy need two casual awakened attacks to knock out Lucci which would proof how massive strong his G5 is even without using Adv CoA+Adv CoC.
