Starting to think that Vega at least recreated Kizaru's fruit for the weapon IM used. Lucci said he wondered if killing Vega has something to do with the destruction of that kingdom.

Maybe he created a super weapon equal to an ancient weapon out of the C3 logias and it actually isn't uranus ?

Yeah it makes a lot of sense at this point. When you think about it VP also created his own version of Poseidon with these sea beasts
And these ancient weapons had to have this AP from somewhere and there‘s no other logical explanation besides the light fruit for now
