Oda finished Wano poorly.

So many plotholes and things like Kin’nemon and Kiku surviving.

Onigashima's second half is the only time I can remember Oda fumbling the pay off to an arc's grand theme. Relentlessly cranking out weekly chapters and all the challenges/constraints that presents always lead to sloppy nuances on week to week storytelling. You learn to accept that as a reader of long running weeklies. Wano's payoff was just a straight up retcon on many fronts. Only Momo's arc delivered.
