I don't believe this list cause boa be in the top 10 every damn personality poll for jp. also carrot that high...rent free for a side character.

With things like this, it easy to not see what really going on. I'm somewhat statistic guy. Things I would be looking for are
- Number of voters
- How votes were collected
- Population distrubution of the community in comparison to ranks(Does this rank match the population)
- Population of voters (what type of one piece fans actually vote)
We don't really have those details. If that is not enough, take this from me. I was told during my training to become a data scientist (Boss Wrangler) that the client will blow their head off if you tell them. You need to be very very careful making your analysis models and what you say.
