Also tbf can be said same for luffy and zoro

I think whole point of Kamabakka was to put Sanji in enviroment he hates so he can give his best. Think it like Zoro was sent to Wano when it was strong and fighting all samurai if it makes sense.
Sanji unlike Zoro who bend the knee to Mihawk choose to struggle against Okamas, so we can say Zoro is griffith while Sanji is Guts in this scenario.

sanji grew strong by fighting using his style against the Okama masters who defo had haki and Ivan mentioned it which would explain why he knows Coc when luffy used it.
I think new Kama style is just another MA style.. do you reckon he needed to change his own Black leg style to that for growth.. I don't reckon soo too.

I'm just curious to how he realized his powers in the early stages in Pre TS and what did he do to enhance it

If we look at Sanjis development we can see he became able to use Diable Jambe easily after Kamabakka. Diable can be inner damage version of advanced COC while Zoro uses his to make a barier. I also though why not touching thing doesnt happen in Sanjis case but it may be triggering with activating domain. AdvCoc makes people faint and if we look at Jyabura he faints after taking one hit to his head, same also happened to Luffy where he nearly fainted but got back up. If Diable burned people wouldn't Luffy burned but he didn't, this may be explained by Sanji having burning spirit. We see Dj as fire same reason we Ashura which is strong spirit can show illusions and zoans can see those which we see chopper reacting to Zoro. Sanji may also be a Lunarian but that is highly unlikely.
