Not even that. I really really hate the idea of Sanji giving into that crap. The anime already turned it from forced to some sort of non-canon'awakening' trying to hint he's insecure about it and Twitter picked that up and uses it for fuel every chance they can now. Just no. He's literally the antithesis of that kinda thing, yet the one that side of the fanbase tries to HC into it.
Nah, I think Sanjis timeskip training had the least amount of training wheels. He wasn’t taught his skills he gained his through the survival game he was forced to play by Iva and the okama. So I’m glad he didn’t leave the timeskip with okama skills because, he didn’t get taught, he got stronger through needing to be
To be fair, Hell's Memories is technically Sanji's long ranged attack. Only thing is that Sanji only uses it on big opponents.
Remember, base Wadatsumi was as big as a mountain.
Then inflated Wadatsumi got even bigger, and on the first panel I posted above, Sanji is like a dot to Wadatsumi. So you could scale Wada as small island level and Sanji got a island level attack that spreads the fire around his opponent's body in a second.
As for this thread, I never really like the idea of Sanji getting Death Wink tbh. Rankyaku would be better as Sanji's ranged attack but then it would make Sanji a second Zoro.
Personally, I think Hell's Memories will remain as Sanji's only ranged attack.

Him incorporating into some moves would be nice but perhaps not a wink. Doesn't really fit his style, if he could somehow produce it from a kick, I'd like it.
Sanji not taking fighting lessons from the combatants at Kamabakka isn't surprising, he was put in a place he would hate so he could train and then he developed Skywalk, haki and normalised his Diable Jambe and grew tremendously in speed. The timeskip could've been better but I don't think Sanji needed to take lessons from Ivankov (I'd have liked him doing much but it wasn't necessary).
