Why doesn't Shanks have a Devil Fruit? That's bullshit, he's a Yonko. Your argument in a nutshell.
Categorical fallacy. Strawman. LOL. It is not about possessing Devil Fruits, but rather about mastering the abilities you have to their fullest extent....you know, something you would expect from the strongest of the strongest (I know, delusional headcanon).

In Shanks' case, it is Haki, and an equivalent disappointment then would have been something like him not having future sight or CoC coating, which is thankfully not the case. Capish?

You're taking the concept of "Strongest" way too literal. Kaido doesn't have to have mastery over everything to be the strongest. His CoA is average at best, and yet I don't see you or anyone else bitching that he's not at the pinnacle of that Color of Haki. Even his CoC is revealed right after Wano to be lagging behind Shanks. And despite these things, he's still considered the strongest in the World. Giving him these abilities is nothing but overkill when you look at what he's achieved without them. Oda needs to keep these things balanced. Kaido and Big Mom are monster in their own way, and this shows that you don't have to be a Master of every Top Tier power in the verse, to stand among the ranks of the best.

I did, as did a lot of people. But I am no longer bothered by the fact that him or Big Mom ended up not having it, after seeing how much of a power jump it gives people. And then I started thinking about it and realized Oda did give them both CoC coating which is another OP ability, and it started making sense that he can't just give every Top Tier every OP ability.

They're already broken characters to begin with. What happens when the next OP haki ability comes around? Then it's why doesn't Kaido and Big Mom have this ability, and then the next one, and the next one, and so on and so forth.

And then I start thinking about, what about other Top Tiers who don't even have Devil Fruits, or maybe don't even have CoC, and yey can compete with Kaido and Big Mom? Now those two are starting to look bad. Broken devil fruits, awakening, AdCoC, getting competition by those who maybe only have one or the other, but not all of the above.

When thinking about it like that, I can see the reasoning behind not giving them awakening, or whatever the next couple OP abilities are that will inevitably pop up.

You don't need to because Kaido isn't your fav character like it is for me

He's still one of my top characters, and I would like to have seen his awakening, but I understand why he didn't have it.

And not for nothing, there is also the possibility that he is Awakened, but cant/doesn't use it because he would lose his mind and go berserk, as is the side effect of Zoan awakenings.

Law and Kidd were saying for chapters that this is their final attack for 3rd/4th time, the last thing we needed was Kaido and BM to start pulling out awakening.
Nah that's just law.

Giving either kaido or big mom awakening wouldn't make any sense due to their mentality. They don't have the mental fortitude to be an awaken devil fruit user. It's not about having strong willpower or having a strong devil fruit ability it's just comes down to mental strength something which big mom and kaido doesn't have. Hell whitebeard has more of a chance on being awaken than those two but I know he also isn't though.

What does having conqueror have to do with Awakening?
They inherited their CoC but lack skill and self awareness all the same.
The concept of "awakening" in the context of Haki refers to the process of unlocking and fully realizing the full potential of one's Haki abilities. Some characters in One Piece are able to awaken their Haki abilities through training and experience, while others may have their abilities awakened by certain stimuli or events.

Having the status of a "conqueror" does not necessarily have a direct connection to the concept of awakening in the context of Haki. Instead, it is a title that is used to describe someone who has mastered the use of Haki and has achieved a high level of proficiency in its use.

Overall, the concept of awakening in the context of Haki refers to the process of unlocking and fully realizing the full potential of one's Haki abilities, while the title of "conqueror" is used to describe someone who has mastered the use of Haki. These two concepts are not directly connected, but they are related to the use and mastery of Haki in the world of One Piece.
