Been this way since the very beginning of the series. Robin is borderline a background character in comparison.

I think Kuzan will eventually side with Garp (maybe just as Garp is about to be killed) and together they will overwhelm BB and those who are with him. Shiryu appears from nowhere and stabs one of them to give BB the advantage again. Coby and everyone else escape as Garp&Kuzan take their last breath
