That would be two factions of 6 people, 12 players

That leaves 6 players for:

- 6 other roles to be another faction
- two scum factions of 3 people
- repeated pieces for each kingdom

This is why I think 6 + 6 vs 3 vs 3 would fit. Could also be 6 + 6 vs 4 + 2 Indies of some sorts.

Most of AL's games I played were vanilla games and tos games and I don't know what kind of game this will be. I saw Flower talking about a previous game hosted by AL and this game might similar to it.

King is the most important piece in the game so I can see something happening, though whole faction losing would be a bit too much imo.

lol it would be the goal of chess to get the other faction checkmate, so you could assume something like this but imagine if the King is getting lynched right on Day 1 for example
