What if the reason why Blackbeard took Koby is because Blackbeard wants to caught Garp? But why?

because Garp is probably one of the few higher ups During the godvalley incident who is still alive who knew what happen before and after. What if if by any chance Garp was caught alive blackbeard will force Pudding to use her powers and can actually extract Garp memories to what really happen during the God valley incident?

if this happens then it means that blackbeard is actually close to onepiece! It also means that he will knows where God valley is located right now, a place that we have no idea what really was there, a place where Rock D’ Xebec used his full force just to invade it for some unknown reason.

No way he planned anything for Coby. He doesn't even knew if Coby or some other person shows up instead of him. Garp wasn't gonna take action for every vice admiral or even captain. And if a admiral showed up no way BB can take on any.
