Luffy brings them together to a Certain place (maybe around of The Lost Kingdom = Ancient Kingdom) to destroy all of them so they don't need to be scared & there will not need to destroy a country to hide a Certain story. In order to have The Joyful World which is given by God Joy Boywe see a lot of negative fans response about One Piece story. Then It ends briliantly.

You don't know what Reality Warping is, dude. 
Also, is the limitation of what Luffy can do (currently) deny the definition stated by Gorosei and Road to Laugh Tale?
Luffy's power is still Toon Force, not Reality Warping. If he can make his imagination into reality, why hasn't he imagined Ace back into the living reality? 
So far, he can shape anything within the physical existence into something else, which is good, but still not RW.
Look at this encounter below between Lucifer Morningstar and Silk Man, an Immortal Sorcerer, for an example of Reality Warping:

If Luffy had simply erased Kaido or Lucci from existence or, I don't know, turn them into dolls or paintings simply by forcing his imagination to alter the reality that are Kaido and Lucci, I would have conceded to your point. But Luffy didn't display any of those, so...

Luffy instantly blinking Kaidou out of existence etc obviously wont happen in Luffy vs Kaidou fight, as that is an extreme level of Reality Warping, and also will destroy the storytelling. But again it doesn't nullify the definition of what Toon Force is, or what Gorosei and Road to Laugh Tale state about what Nika Luffy can do combat especially to his own body reality tho? Reflecting Boro Breath, grabbing lightning, making glasses outta his hair, shaking off the damage after being burnt by Boro Breath, running in air, etc etc?
