What is headcanon about it? Teach knows more about DF than anyone besides Vegapunk. He is the one stealing other people DF. And everybody got shocked about it at Marineford. Whatever it is if it is cannibalism I'm pretty sure pirates like Crocodile and Doflamingo wouldn't mind do it if they knew it was possible. Maybe even Law too specially when he lived his life only to revenge Corazon.
And Sugar shows how your Paramecia effect goes off once you are knocked out. Madre Carmel shows how your Paramecia effect goes off when you die. So far no DF was stole if the user wasn't killed. So it is pretty obvious that everybody would become normal again once Hancock dies.

Seriously, this motherfucker sees Cipher Pol and the marines raiding his island, and he doesn't think " hmm I should get Sentomaru out of here it IS his day off after all and he probably can't hold off an Admiral, Vice Admirals, and three Cipher Pol Agents by him self. ". Most people would NOT write such an explosive (and expletive!) message over something fictional though. 
Kinyagi and Wiwi are pretty chill and based, hell I remember them from my earlier years on here too lol. They're cool people.
They obviously don't mean what they said, especially in hindsight I imagine. They're going around wishing death on Oda like Levi and Beta did.
As a fellow Admiral and Marines fan too, I felt their pain too so their rants were relatable and appreciated too haha. Even Reddit at least noticed Wiwis rant and it's a meme on there too now occasionally!
Granted Kinyagi has had his crazier moments on here too, I've not seen everything either to be fair but I too have had my crazy, toxic, angry, hateful moments including recently so i can't judge nor hate either really.
Theres people who take their hate too far including someone apparently threatening to murder find and Zoro fans IRL unironically apparently. I know very little about it, as much as that even so dont ask me about it either. That's all I've heard.
