When he fought vs Katakuri and fled cause he run out of haki he couldn't use red hawk to destroy the candy wall and obv it was cause he need haki to create fire. Now, i would like more if Sanji's flames were only his burning passion, not even haki, only his feelings, no less no more.

Yes but there can be more form of haki just like ashura could be a form of haki. But again i would like more if Sanji's flames are just his feelings burning because that put him in contrast with his family, they tried to find streght in the lack of sentiments while Sanji become stronger the more his feelings grows. There is already a race which use fire and they are the lunarians and we know for sure that Sanji isn't and would be odd and stupid if there was another race using flames.
