It's the next level of a kill. So a normal kill is just a normal kill, a super kill goes through normal protects and blocks etc, but is stopped by super protects and super blocks, and then lastly you have Omega kills which generally speaking can't be stopped by anyone.

Depends, some scum will be able to, some town will too. Generally, and this is very broadly speaking here, scum tend to be able to survive them more often than town can.

I think its because bounty hunters have an ability when they are together as Flower mentioned, so he probably wanted Flowa to live.
