I think that the encounter Sabo had with Fujitora and Ryokugyu is meant to parallel Luffy's encounter with Kaido and Big Mom.

Just like how Luffy left Wano at least relative in power to those two, Sabo very likely left Mariejois in a similar tier of power as the admirals.

What context we have actually implies Sabo might have been 1v2-ing the admirals since he was banged up while the other commanders were not.

Although I think it's much more likely that Sabo fought Fujitora and Greenbull thought the other 3 but it's ultimately all just speculation.

Isn't Hancock called the Pirate Empress? It's just an epithet lol, idk why so many of y'all are power-scaling it

Sabo's feats should probably place him above commanders (stalling Fujitora, destroying Burgess) but I don't think that should catapult him to the top 10 when other characters who are definitely not top 10 yet (like Zoro, Law, etc.) have similar feats

Zoro and Law have consistently been portrayed as having less potential than Luffy, Sabo, and Ace.

I'd even argue that Mihawk saying "becoming PK is harder than defeating me" basically establishes this point blank.
