I'm sure Kaku will recover. In fact that seems to be one of the main strengths of Awakening Zoans, recovery speed. Either way he's not on Zoro's level anymore.

Since Zoro entered Ennies Lobby he never was to begin with he got negged the Moment Zoro used Ashura in Sabaody. Zoro beeing able to move and still fight 100s of Captains after Kakus Fight with just some minor scratches on his Body showed that it was a Mid-High Diff Win for Zoro.
