My bad you didn't say that, however, I can also argue Kaku is much more powerful with his neck and much more lethal as a swordsman. So both characters have their advantages over the other on paper and can do things with their fruits that the other cannot. You can't just look at the areas Lucci is superior in and stop there, that makes zero sense.

Not all awakened zoans are relative but you need to understand the context. We just finished an arc full of zoans where none of the antagonists were awakened. We find out Lucci is awakened and Vegapunk hypes up how rare that is as awakening tends to overwhelm the user's mind. And then we find out Kaku shares the exact same awakening, meaning he has a much faster growth-rate than Lucci does. Until Lucci shows significantly stronger Haki you can't simply assume he has that over Kaku to such a degree. All we can assume is that Lucci is stronger but we don't know how much anymore because Kaku has clearly grown in strength more than Lucci has.

So if you can provide evidence suggesting that Kaku remains significantly weaker than Lucci I'd be happy to see it. Please, show me the panels indicating that Lucci has much stronger Haki because currently, Lucci is faster and Kaku is more powerful. Otherwise, acknowledge that Kaku has a faster growth rate. Not enough of their other stats have been shown to indicate that Lucci remains levels above like he was on EL. Until further notice, they are relative to each other. Is Lucci stronger? Yes, but if say Lucci is YC1 then Kaku is YC2, for example. The headcanon y'all come up with makes it seem like Kaku is Vet-level.
