Point is Oda made Zoro vs Kaku inconclusive, and had to use a plot device(Stussy) to put Kaku to sleep when in Luffy vs Lucci's case, he showed the big gap between them with Luffy effortlessly dodging Lucci's attacks(while sleeping in some panels) and being close to KO him with one of his attacks

Kaku used awakening but he wasn't going all out? Zoro's also effortlessly dealing with Awakened Kaku without even having to use his strongest form.

I mean obviously one has to be careful around CP0 members as they are trained assassins, at least on VA level. That counts for high caliber tiers too since certain devil fruits or abilities might be tricky. So it's only fair to point out the numbers, regardless of who is fighting.

On the other hand, if you're a CP0 member or a seraphim and you stand in front of a fully battle-prepared bloodthirty yonko or someone around that tier, youre basically fucked as demonstrated by

Oda didn't make any distinction between them and they're all standing together, going by the tards they're all on the same level and every single one of them is borderline top tier.
