But I think you also do not have it right. That speech bubble line goes above Ussop's head. I think it's Nami that is saying that Zoro line and Ussop is the one, who is estimating the situation "3 vs 2..". Sanji is not saying anything, he's just thinking about it.

For me, she only says "It's Rob Lucci did he climb up?", the bubble speech where she scream.
