it depends. can yamato defeat zoro before he unlocks advcoc, and who would stall kaido after he defeated fluffy.
Kaido would come downstairs and defeat everyone before fluffy gets back as all the major fighters (sanji, jimbe) would be against people they can't defeat (or defeat easily)

No, Luffy never defeats Kaido without help, Yamato isn't that strong, without AdCoC Zoro can't scratch King so no one else is doing anything to him, basically Jinbei gets a free win and Kaido kills everyone else.

Yes because instead of Oda having Marco do nothing he could fight King while Zoro takes on Yamato. If not Marco the scabbards who were sentenced to runpiece and doing nothing could have teamed up and dealt with King.

Or Yamato is better than king. Even strong haki attacks are useless if She can't bypass lunarian hax.
And king magma flame dragon is tóo dangerous for Yamato. No way Yamato can counter that shit.

Yes, they would still win.
Marco, Momo, Denjiro and Hiyori were underutilized.
Or, possibly I would keep Sanji/Jinbe and Marco to fight against Yamato.

We gotta switch the matchups back zoro and sanji still fight king and queen while jinbe fights aces old opponent yamato. And dont forget we have forces to spare. Franky brook and kyoshiro were pretty much in perfect shape. The 3 of them could probably beat yamato while jinbe does a hail mary to push back kaido
