Imo Jinbei could beat Queen, but Sanji vs King is iffy. Don't know if he could overcome Lunarian defence with Ifrit Jambe, but he could be fast enough to damage him in speed form. Also not 100% sure Zoro would beat Yamato. I'm going to give this one to the beast pirates.

Zoro vs Yamato.. If you even for a second think that Zoro will beat a "woman" then you need to reread the story. Their fight will be the longest and Yamato isn't easy for Zoro to "scare".

Zoro will unlock AdvCoC and further sword hax technique to cut Yamato's ice and lightning, so Zoro will still win.

Luffy will unlock Skysplitter earlier and G5 earlier. 1v1 since the start means haki bloom and Lffy being creative and harness the Nika fruit and AdvCoC since the start. So it will just mean that Luffy will become a Toon Force God earlier, securing the win.

Sanji will win against King with Ifrit Jambe combo powerup, while Jimbei can win against Queen without powerup.

Or Yamato is better than king. Even strong haki attacks are useless if She can't bypass lunarian hax.
And king magma flame dragon is tóo dangerous for Yamato. No way Yamato can counter that shit.

Zoro cheated too anyway blue flame is stronger then magma flame.

She probably has an ice move too but we didn't see that because she lost at raw power.

Hell, if you just make her neutral the Alliance loses. She stalls Kaido from 1015 to 1026, during this time period Kaido would absolutely tear the alliance apart. If he takes out either Law or Kidd, Linlin isn’t losing her fight. Two Yonko on the loose is GG.

It’s even worse if Yamato joins the fight obviously. Zoro just barely managed to recover before King killed him, toss in Yamato on the Live Floor and he’s a goner. Sanji gets torn apart by the All Stars and Yamato can help Linlin.

Raid ends with Luffy being beaten by Linlin and Kaido.

Of course not, l mean Oda would need an even higher lvl of plot power to have the shs win, but if it stats the same they obviously lose. Just think at all the help Yamato gave: stalling Kaido, Ulti, protecting Momo etc. Etc. And just turn that in her helping Kaido. The SHs wouldn't have the man power to cover all the holes plus Zoro would have to deal with her plus everybody fights somebody stronger than the enemy they fought (Sanji takes King, Jinbe Queen etc etc) and there is of course 1 more YC1 commander to take care of. They would lose. It was enough bullshittery have Luffy magically turn G5 instead of dying. Here at least you would need BM go berserk like in WCI and early Wano to be sure to win.

Just like @TheAncientCenturion said, even if Yamato was neutral, the alliance would lose the battle since nobody would stall Kaido from demolishing the life floor. He'd help Linlin against Law and Kidd, then gets rid of the rest.

Wdym? That's exactly what I said. Yamato was important for the alliance. Without her, they would have lost, let alone having Yamato as an enemy.

I think there would be too many extreme diff situations for the alliance if Yamato is switched over. They’d lose if being realistic but it’s shonen manga so…
