Doffy, Kuma, Boa & Croc's bounties were frozen like a decade or even two decades ago.
Weevil's bounty was frozen like 1 year ago.
And it was like less than DR Luffy/Law's even with the shit ton of collateral damage Weevil causes.

How long is Weevil a pirate? Hell how long is he even alive ?

If he started his pirate career post WB's death his strength is far superior to what his bounty is showing just like it was for the crew post ts or for Teach pre ts.
