All we have Cross Guild Bounty of 'Marine Hunter' Mihawk.

If Marine Hunting doesn't boost bounty then nothing would.

BB got a bigger bounty even now, not even EoS.

BB is a yonko with a huge crew

Mihawk got an unfrozen SOLO bounty, now hes a YC (according to WG) and still near Shanks
