base on the situation, ray came out with a better portrayal.

-BB wanted his 2 commander back rather than killing Hancock. He got them back.

-BB wanted to be sure Marines won't get Hancock's power. And they didn't.

-Ray admitted he couldn't beat BB even with Hancock's help in 2 v 1. Mihawk will never get a hype like this.

Devon + Vasco > Hancock's DF, and BB is ok since Marines didn't get that power as well.

Likely true as well.
Prime Ray caps at Shanks tier or a bit stronger.
Mihawk also does the same while also having a WS title, direct superiority to Oden and such.

Only half decent counter argument is Ray is Luffy's Ts mentor so he should be stronger than Zoro's Ts mentor but meh it's a weak one.

Shanks is an inspiration, Mihawk is a goal. Zoro should be stronger than Prime Rayleigh EOS as such Mihawk should be at minimum ~ Rayleigh

Mihawk is very strong, and probably top 3 alive but he's not Prime Ray level.

Only thing Mihawk has that Ray doesn't is a black blade. And Roger doesn't have one either and he's still stronger than Mihawk

The gains in self-sabotage stat of this fandom are ridiculously high especially when it comes down to Yonkobros vs Admiralbros. If it actually turns out that GB didnt defeat Weevil... Erkan will forget about Mihawk and Buggy for at least a week because he will target someone else.
