It wasn't done on purpose. The filter to clean the raw they used on PS did it automatically. It happens when you have to clean low quality raws. Look for example at his nose. Those lines are gone too.

Considering that the leakers in fact do influence the timing and context of spoilers based on their fav characters it is not unusual small 'conspiracies' happen sometimes. If you visit 10 different manga sites you will find at least 5 slightly different translations of crucial conversations. Especially those however are very important and might lead to different perceptions of the circumstances. So there's nothing wrong to be on the watch.

Here however I might have created this specific post a bit too overambitiously as others have pointed out that the scan quality especially for details is in fact very low.
