Eh, Gorosei and imu deserve to die regardless
For the record, i dont think sanji is killing him but thats pretty doable and easy imo

Sanji is already mad at them because they created Kid cyborg soldiers ( he kinda fells insecure about this since it happend to himself and his brothers )
He also knows they do human traficking since saboady
If saturn orders seraphims to attack civilians and it hits some Ladys/children thats enough for sanji to kill the person

The fact that Sanji and Seraphims are in a way similar really is something to point out. Sanji and his brothers are still modified humans but they got a real mother. The Seraphims instead seems like they are created from nothing, true clones with mixed genes.

Sanji should ask himself what are the Seraphims in the next chapters and he should be more involved in all of this considering his background.

Got to strike the hand to knock the gun out, and the hit star is on the guys hand and wrist. So unless you're going to spout bullshit about how the hand isn't part of the CD, then yes he did attack one. If I kick your hand I'm pretty sure you can press charges on me for attacking you.
