Questions & Mysteries Why Seraphim Hawk got afraid of Zoro ?

Honestly, Zoro's just an intimidating guy.

Imagine you see a psycho jump in front of your attack and block it with ease whilst smiling at you. You're gonna be a little shook.

No need for all this damage control, we all know Blackbeard is stronger than Zoro. It's just funny how Blackbeard was shook of S-Hawk and S-Hawk was shook of Zoro is all.

But that's how Oda writes Zoro's character - he's the intimidating badass with crazy one-liners. Blackbeard is a goofy underdog similar to Luffy - you underestimate him and end up bodied.

Those shocked faces don't mean anything in the realm of powerscailing. Oda draws them all the time.

And not for nothing, but you guys do realize that S-Hawk is legit still a little kid, right? Both physically and mentally. Of course Zoro is stronger than him.

The real threat of the Seraphim won't be realized until they mature. But if they are this strong already, we can only imagine what they will become.

Although i acknowledge zoro being a monster i think the surprise effect has the upper hand here

seraphim hawk was going to attack lilith but suddenly he is stopped with great strength.. he was not expecting that

it is kinda the same thing that happened to sanji against seraphim shark.. both seraphim were not expecting such monsters to attack them

on the other hand teech was the one who got attacked by surprise

creatin power level about sweat drops do not seem too accurate for me even more in this case my friend

The Seraphim were just clones who didn't show any emotions. But now Oda is trying to show us that they can take decision by their own, move, etc.

But how a clone can be afraid of something it doesn't know ? Such as its opponent aura/intidimidation ? How discovering or sensing your opponent's strenght make them afraid and even sweating ? The Pacifista didn't show anything.

In shonen mangas, usually when those kind of moments happen against the protagonists, it's mainly to show the threat and dangerosity lvl of the opponents.

But here we have the exact opposite, the greatest weapon of the WG and called the strongest by Vegapunk, that force them take the decision to abolish the Warlord system was completely in shock and afraid of his opponent (this time for the protagonist side).

What does it mean ? Just to show that seraphims can also have emotions like fear, being intimidated, have issue to deal with pressure ? Or maybe to show they are just kids who lack experience ?
But it doesn't make sense considering Hawk went against BB a Yonkou worth of 3,99 billions who has 2 DF without any issues and scared the shit of him and forced him to use his own haki.

Or simply a way for Oda to hype Zoro once more ? Hawk maybe understood Zoro can bypass his lunarian defense and literally kill him ?

The difference between those pictures aren't really big, so it can't be just a coincidence.

Since the beginning of this arc, Zoro is really hyped by others' words or clashes ? Vegapunk, Kaku and now Hawk ?
So Oda just wanna wank Zoro ? :bamathink:

We all knew that after the S-Hawk vs BB clash someone was going to look better than BB did against the same opponent, it was literally set up that way to hype up the Seraphim, S-Hawk and...Zoro.
But even some of the biggest Oda suckers can lose their minds when Zoro gets involved in something that portrays him far above their faves, it's a fucking struggle to twist everything that happens on panel. This is the second chapter in a row that Zoro has to teleport from another country after being sent flying by Kaku and S-Hawk. :josad::josad::josad:
