Powers & Abilities I think that the Gorosei are actually Almost if not exactly as strong as admirals.

Straight foward theory. I think that the gorosei are actually as powerful as admirals. I was fully agaisnt this idea until recently. But it's starting to make sense. Firstly them being as strong as admirals (if they are) doesn't come easy since it multiple factors that give them this power. But the base of my theory is this:

This was a fan art for a few fan manga chapters of onepiece but it really got me thinking. Adding with the fact that along with these "possible" fighting styles another thing to take into consideration is that the 5 elders may also have weaponry from the ancient kingdom. They themselves maybe a product of the first clones made back in the ancient kingdom.

Its either theyre clones from the ancient past who knew how to do cloning. Or that Law’s df retuned five times and they succeed on taking it 5x also. Id rather go for the first one and thats how theyre able to become so strong that even as of now theyre still the strongest characters in WG, but not as strong as Roger

It's a supposition at most, I'll grant you that.
But it's based on fuck all, other than a poor fan art. And it doesn't explain anything.

The WG's experiments with SSG and the Seraphim wouldn't be as troubling to the overall balance of forces (Marines-Yonko-Shichibukai) if the WG were to already have five extra Admiral-level beings able to get down to business whenever necessary. The WG can have secret weapons (like whatever Imu's using to erase Lulusia), to be employed only in case of emergencies. But. Five Elders with random combat prowess ranging from mere haki to simple DFs does not justify them not having taken care of Yonko territories and annexed the entire world so far.

The Elders can't be anything other than figureheads. The WG rules over most of the world. The CDs rule over the WG. And to do so they use the Elders as their direct representatives to the hidden World King, both having a "PR face" for the world populace to know and to have their needs known to Imu without every time needing to bother the hiding fuck.

Can the Elders have been rendered immortal by some previous Ope Ope BS? Sure, knock yourself out. Five reps for eternity, so the CDs don't have to in-fight every few decades to appoint a new one. Can the Elders also kick some ass in combat? Also okay. Must they be powerhouses able to Macarena away a WB earthquake attack? No. Oda has already fucked up the powerscaling beyond saving. Having yet another five beasts able to match a Yonko in battle would make a mockery of the (already tarnished) Yonko name, or the so-called world balance, and of the WG itself, which, having almost all the grade-S players on its side, would be revealed all the more incompetent in its treating its enemies.

Actually it's not sourced to any official dictionary meaning so I assume that are you simply assuming what the definition is.

You can argue that it's not fully fleshed out (which is true. That's cool. I simply did not want to bring up the whole luffy is hanuman as confirmed by odas interpretation of luffy and how saturn was a powerful enemy to him (hamuman) in hindu mythology etc etc. Hell I can take it even further but a last I decided not to..

I could have also brought up the fact that the admirals are not the ones that physically protect imu since he isn't known by any of them as far as we know so it only makes senses that they gorosei (celestial stars with one bearing a plastarian name associated with only ancient weapons in this verse) are the ones that protect him but I decided not to since you the smart one should have already deduced this lol

Didn't need to start off with something readers should already have a clue on. That would be insulting the readers intelligence. A true reader of one piece should have already pieced together: 1. Imu is not known to any of the admirals thus they can't be the ones that directly protect him and 2. A celestial dragon has a name associated with an ancient weapon. Ain't that hard bub
Don't get the example since alot of scientists theories even with these facts (which contradict what a theory is) were wrong lol. A theory is forever changing. Hence why I highly doubt (as you have shown) that you know what a theory actually is.
