Speculation time:
I still can't shake the feeling that Sukuna's time in Megumi is limited since the only vessel capable of containing him was Yuji.

So taking over Megumi's body is clearly due to the technique, which Sukuna will use for some unknown purpose.

I expect we will see Kenjaku and Uraume at the same place as Sukuna within the next 5 chapters, and that's where things will get real.

As for Megumi, I wouldn't be surprised if the strain this whole ordeal put on his body kills him, or at least leaves him at the brink of death. Maybe that's how he will figure out RCT, kinda like a mirror to Gojo?
