Zoro learned Ryou back in Alabasta.

Ryou and Internal Destruction are two different things.

So far we didn't saw Sanji using any and we don't know if Zoro can use internal destruction(or how it works with blades).

Doubt it and that kind of haki will never be important for characters like Sanji or Law so I don't expect Oda to make them learn it.

Narratively Sanji won't ever get Internal Destruction. He may not even capable of Barrier CoA, the 2nd step before Internal Destruction.

1. Haki isn't his only theme. His power is part Haki, part elemental, and part Science. So he won't be the best at one of them, he won't get the final level of haki/his body isn't cyborg/his fire is only blue.

2. CoA isn't his specialty. Sanji probably won't even unlock all Observation related powers due to Oda's hate for him, much less CoA related.

3. Sanji is a Warrior of Science, so his powers must be logical and explainable. Where did he know about Internal Destruction? Luffy knew it from Hyo, and Zoro knew it probably from his swordsmanship sensei.

I don't powerscale based on agenda, so, some of my takes seem crazy.

Like, I'm not the biggest Akainu fan, but he's an amazing character, and definitely Top 5 amongst modern era characters we've seen fight.

This forum is full of Zoro fans and a lot of them take the idea that Sanji is better than Zoro at anything as a personal insult. Oda's made it clear that Zoro and Sanji both have their own strengths and weaknesses, and I think we're seeing them work on their weaknesses while increasing their strengths.
