Well I don’t have any tough opponent to fight for long time in real fight , sparing don’t count because rules exists and hold back as always.

well,body weight exercises are only impressive if you are a heavy guy.Light weight people can do a lot of pushps,pull ups,squats and so on.I talk from experience.
