Why wait to talk or get interactions on the ship when the perfect time was here and now, there were so many opportunities to flesh her out here.

I do apologize if you really dig her fella, but her vibes here absolutely killed it for me
And I get the feeling her scenes/vibes in the upcoming chapters will be similar to this

Right?! I had hoped for Arlong to return for Impel Down, FMI or Reverie but alas....

Jinbei joining the crew now and his reunion with Arlong with would be so awkwardly funny too!

I had hopes of Gin returning at WCI, maybe working for Capone especially along with Krieg too. The themes of starvation and food in WCI and even in Wano too, would have made it perfect for him to return in either arc somehow even.

I thought Krieg might suit Blackbeards or maybe Kaidos crew too somehow. I had Kuro returning vs Kaidos crew with a Zoan of some sorts, maybe a (black) panther Zoan or the black cat Zoan Margaret/Marguerite from Amazon Lily was meant to have too. Hell given Whos Who had a major cat theme going with his crew too, there was prime opportunity for Kuro to be part of it too...

Yea but come to think of it, one piece has a lot of missed opportunity. Especially during WCI and Wano. ID with Arlong and Jimbei would be great, Agreed with Gin and Krieg for WCI. Idk for kuro, I mean it would be more suitable if his reappearance is related with Ussop's Arc.

Although Arlong is more of a nuanced and tragic character now lol. Unlike Hody D. Disappointment, One D.Imensional Hody lol. Had the nerve to have the same surname as Davy Jones too, SMH!

One Piece really had such great storylines, characters and villains early on and in such short arcs/amounts of chapters too.

Also I miss Yamato but I understand her joining would have made the gap that already exist compared to the other pirate crew increase even more.

Strawhat pirates are basically a crew with 2 Yonko levels if Yamato joined with post Wano Zenkai boost it would have been 3 Yonko level.

The Moment when Sentormaru ordered the Mark 3 pacifistas to protect their creator was my favorite moment of the chapter.
Sentomaru stateing the WG might see him now as a traitor too ,was cool as well.

Pre Timeskip he was part of the roadblock the SH had to face at Sabaody , and now he makes sure the SH can continue their journey.



Now the tension is building up and seeing 50 mark 3 getting ready for battle, should already explain enough what force the SH’s are up against next.

Very mid chapter, especially adding a traitor subplot for literally the second straight arc, but Kuma’s memory definitely pulled the heartstrings and seeing Vivi is always a pleasure (could have done without Wapol)

Right?! Oda loves to reuse his old characters so why not some of his oldest ones and one of his more iconic ones too?! I love when he brings them back and I'm extremely excited for Enel to return one day, when Urouge EVENTUALLY gets his arc too but man the wait is agonising...

I've given up on Gin at this point too, it just feels entirely hopeless too. I can live without Krieg and Kuro but Gin got done so dirty too...I thought Morgan escaping Garp in that cover story would go somewhere too, would lead to something but not?
