My Guess (Since i made a Theory about it years ago)
Elbaf Army arrived at Red-Hair Territory, they were spotted from afar, allowing Shanks to prepare
Dunno if it happens this Chapter or not, but i Predicted that Shanks would Introduce himself to Elbaf Army (Just like Usopp did with Luffy)
And he would tell them that if they intend to Fight then he has a Massive Army (Similar to WB's Fleet) ready for them (Similar to Usopp's Lie)
But this time it's not a Lie & it's Big Hype

The Hints seem to Indicate this tbh
Preparing an Axe to Fight
A Flag (It will be Highlighted similar to how Usopp learned of Luffy's Arrival due to one of Kids spotting their Flag, but it was Buggy's)
