The most highlighted aspects of Mihawk, even more so than Haki, are his skills, aptitude, and adaptability. There is a reason why S-Hawk can break mountains even as a kid.

He's certainly more impressive than snake and shark but Kuma is different. Without haki I'd take Kuma's ability any day of the week.

S Hawk made Blackbeard quickly sweating.

While Fujitora needed long ass time to gather the rubbles.
Got bruised by post TS Gear 3 (not even Gear 4).
Got bandaged after fighting Sabo and Dragon's Toby Roppo.
