I can agree with you for a part

but you can clearly see a pattern : Law and Kid both beat BM. Both have 3b bounty. Both are fighting a Yonko after that and the two enemies. Both have a Raod poneglyphe the Yonko want. BB is 100% sure to win and I don’t think Kid will a huge win just after Wano and while Law has a loss.

Also with Shanks story and portrayal and narrative it wouldn’t make sense. Shanks is long awaited and hyped, it’s not to lose in some side battle against Kid. Kid is strong and I respect him but I don’t think he is written to beat Shanks and become one of the main player.
