I just have to respect the man, I mean he feels like a true underdog compared to Luffy. He powers through and keeps on fighting for his dream while never giving up, no matter how many times he gets put down in the dirt , he comes back smiling and ready for more.

Its that mentality that makes one rise to the top.

He has a winning mentality but i wish OP characters would use more strategy. Diving head first into a battle in which you're outmatched is so dumb.

I like all the Leaders of the next Gen.

Kidd is ballsy, and isn’t afraid to step up to a top tier and say “F” you.

My main gripe with him is he talks a big game, he just needs to back it up with some more feats.

overall he’s a cool character.

Bro Kid is basically a MC without plot armor. Thats what makes him a realistic and sympathic character.
He doesnt have a crew where nearly half of them are stronger than commanders.
He didnt have the luxury to get trained by a legend in time skip.
Hes just grinding his way through like a realistic character.

He’s pretty much Luffy without plot armour. Give him a decent backstory and motivation and he’d be likeable. I just wish he was more creative with his abilities

Imo he did decently against BM, I just hope he shows more haki wise. He was hyped as a conqueror. Show us that CoC Oda.

I think that Kidd stumbled upon the RHP and then things escalated into a fight. Its not like he went there purposefully to fight Shanks.

Sure but he's actively pushing things to let it escalate. I just wonder how Oda will handle this. All executives need to flex but there's nobody to flex on lol

That's what Kid's character is all about, getting defeated but always coming back. It's also why I think Oda gave him his ability, his creations keep getting destroyed but he always reconstructs them.

I always liked the fact he was basically a more violent Luffy but without the plot to protect him from his own brashness
It's a really a shame that unlike Law his character barely got any actual focus. I used to have high expectations but Wano disappointed me.

Thats just how conquerors are man, he cant turn tail and run away. He has to stand his ground.
