Ofc not, BB is a bum that hides behind multiple DFs and runs from hakimen and it's the 2nd time we see an Admiral fight after the haki transcends all hype and no sign of conqueror's haki, even against someone that can coat his attacks with CoC.

Admiralbros are setting themselves up like Law and Kidd fans did, they want Oda to do a 180 and change the way they fight, in the end they'll continue to spam DF abilities like before.

Using the argument of someone running away as a way to dehype the chance of CoC for certain characters is just lol.

A key trait of a conqueror is that they are headstrong. They'd rather fight to the death than give up. This is a trait that you can find in all confirmed conqueror's haki users.

While Kid has never shown conqueror's haki on panel, this chapter shows exactly why he has been confirmed as a conqueror, while Teach and the admirals haven't, and likely never will be.

Almost every time Shanks makes a move, most characters go out of their way not to fight him. Just look at Marineford or ryokugyu at the end of wano. Yet Kid is up against worse odds than MF Teach or any admiral, and he's still going in to face Shanks, the RHP, and even the giant pirates.

While some people might view this as idiocy, and honestly it kinda is, it is a fundamental trait of a conqueror that characters like Teach and the admirals simply don't have.
