My dad is a landlord of an expensive coastal Vila

"Technically" since it's an investment, not sure how it works but he become it's sole Landlord in like 15 years or so.

Otherwise my Dead Grandpa had a Carpentry that somehow my Dad didn't inherit anything from because he was the youngest out of 6 brothers
