Humans are impacting climate in different ways. There was always extremes in temperature but they lasted years, not months or even only weeks. Our summers are getting hotter and our winters are getting colder.

It's unnatural and unstable, it jumps from one extreme to the next by the day. That shit wasn't happening to this extent at all

We don't have detailed written information. We have geothermal scanning and things, we can carbon date. we know what periods of extreme cold look like thousands of years later, we know what periods of extreme heat look like thousands of years later.
They use existing evidence and data to survey and compare, if it matches the data shown from things of similar nature than it's a pretty common conclusion that similar things took place.

Science isn't just some magic fuckery where you slap two cocks together and create a particle accelerator. Stop pretending this shit is complete guess work.
