20 year plan yeah. Wanted a huge beast army just like a certain booze loving Oni emperor too. Both former Rocks Pirates too ofc.
Oda showed Shikis face on Higurashis body using that clone fruit she and Bon Clay both have had now too.
We also saw most likely the younger version of Sussy Stussy on Higurashi as she transformed into a similar looking woman too. I'm assuming the original Buckingham Stussy too ofc.
I still feel Weevil is Shikis son too, not Whitebeards.
That floating sumo ring thing in Wano could have been Shikis DF but probably not I guess too.
Shiki had a Japanese type castle/base in Strong World, Wano is the country of gold IIRC (Similar to Skypeia) and he looks like a Shogun imo. He's got that vibe for me. Like he should have been Shogun or something.
There was the unrevealed stranger who met Crocus on a cover page, who definitely seems to be from Wano too. A lot of people thought he was Shiki including me buy its doubtful again ofc.
At this point I don't see Shiki appearing I'm the story at all. Any new info on him will be from stuff like the SBS/databooks/vivre cards/magazines/whatever.
Anything else like seeing his face on Higurashi is just fanservice (ironically description there) and just to help canonised him but I doubt he's gonna play any role in the story now sadly.
I had hoped that unexplained Laputa style flying fortess/Castle ship thing might have been to do with Shiki somehow too. The one that sucked up Capones ship over the TS. Can't be Kidds DF but maybe whatever is running/powering it is using magnetism anyway? Or a tractor beam even somehow? Uranus maybe?

I thought the lurking legend was just Joyboy. The real fruit of luffy being the hito hito no mi model Nika. 
He was brought up because Kaido and Big Meme was back together, scaring Sengoku into thinking a new threat at their WG was in the making.
