Because it isn't else that ability would be a standard ability of is but it currently isn't lol. Moving fast to not be perceived is not the same as truly being invisible lol

Reiju with raid suit= can control poison and immune to it
Reiju without raid suit= is only somewhat resistant to poison

This is the same with Sanji

Sanji with raid suit= can become invisible indefinintely
Sanji without raid suit= can only become invisible with speed that is stamina depended

His fire literally comes from his emotions. You know, the one thing Germa enhancements are supposed to stop. Yet you think Judge decided to give him fire based on emotions…

It is simple all Sanji gained was fire resistance in Enies loby but his bodys strenght came from his own work as a human not from genetic altering. Sanjis exoskeleton only awakened in Wano but Zorotards made it seem like Sanji only became strong because of his genes.

It is not. Invisibility is not predicated on movement. What sanji does is a more advanced version of what rokoushiki (users of soru) does. And that's move so fast that the enemy cannot perceive your movement and thus look like a blur to them
