It's just an observation from a well known Japanese fan, unlike most people in here that person knows exactly what it says on the SBS. So the fire resistance is from Judge's handouts and drugs? Then let me pretend that fire is completely unrelated to this!

Yes the exoskeleton allows it to raise temperature to a different level, but what about before the exoskeleton? Why didnt none of the vinsmokes comment on his leg burning? Japanese OP fans say that the heat resistance is from modifications yes that is true but for the exoskeleton part since they only commented on that.

The exoskeleton only with the haki allowed him to raise his temperature, but AFAIK there are no mentions that Vinsmokes have fire resistant skins from genetic modifications because that would have already been pointed out in the WCI arc. Even Sanji who has undergone the test experiments with his brothers would have pointed out they had heat resistant skins as well.
