I used chakra waaay before. It should be in first WU tbh. And it's kit ability, idk if it matters with rolecrushes.


It's lowkey useless because i can use it to create jutsu after using it 4 cycles in a row. I made one at some point, then used in on wave and now i have to use it 3 more times before it's useful and i assume either game will be over by then or i'll be dead anyway.

No harm to use it.
